Environmental laboratories that analyze water and soil samples for compliance purposes must be certified by the State of Nevada. The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Water Quality Planning certifies environmental laboratories for drinking water, wastewater, and RCRA analyses.

Attention Nevada Certified Laboratories
The 2007-2008 application is now ready. You have 90-days from June 27, 2007 to submit your renewal. Please do not resubmit your 2006-2007 application for the 2007-2008 year.*

The application for the 2007-2008 year required changes due to the MUR. We are also forced to revert back to the 2004 fee schedule for the drinking water methods. The fee schedule for the CWA and RCRA methods remain the same. If you have any questions please contact at 775-687-9507

*RCRA only labs may resubmit the 2006-2007 applications. Any old applications requesting SDWA or CWA methods will be immediately rejected. Go here for the 2007-2008 application.
