Standards apply from the Arizona state line downstream to the town of Mesquite. To find the site, drive north from Las Vegas, NV on Interstate 15 to the town of Mesquite. Drive through town to Riverside Road and turn south. Proceed to bridge which crosses the Virgin River. Samples collected from bridge.
