Standards apply from near Wellington to the West Walker River at the state line. To find this site, drive east from Carson City, NV on Hwy 50 to Hwy 95. Continue on Hwy 95 until it turns into Hwy 339. Continue through Wilson Canyon to Wellington. Go through the town of Wellington to first bridge you come to. Collect samples at bridge.
