Standards apply from Battle Mountain upstream to the Palisade control point. To find this site, travel East on Interstate 80 from Reno, NV. Take the first Battle Mountain exit. Go to the blinking red light and turn left on Reese Street. Travel about 1.5 miles to where the Humboldt River crosses under the road. Collect samples at bridge.
