Standards apply from Palisade to the Osino control point. To find this site, travel west on Interstate 80 from Elko, NV. Just before you hit the bridge that crosses the Humboldt River and just before you go through the Carlin Tunnel, there will be a road on the right to pull down to the river. Collect samples here.
