Standards apply from Rodgers Dam upstream to the Humboldt Sink. To find this site, travel East on Interstate 80 from Reno, NV and get off on the Toulon exit (exit 93). Follow signs to Derby Field and turn right (Hwy 860). Collect samples where Toulon Drain crosses the road.
