Standards apply at the state line. To find this site, drive east from Carson City, NV on Hwy 50 to Hwy 95. Continue on Hwy 95 to SR 208 and go past the sign that states "Hwy 395 - 11 miles". There will be a turnoff to your left. Take samples from bridge.
