Standards apply from Highway 93 south of Jackpot to the state line. To find this site, drive east on I-80 from Elko, Nevada to Hwy 93. Travel north on Hwy 93 until you almost reach the town of Jackpot. There will be a rest stop on the left hand side of the road. Collect samples here.
