Sampling Location Description

Standards apply from Diamond A Road to the Nevada-Idaho state line. To find this site, drive west out of Elko, Nevada to Hwy 225. Travel north on Hwy 225 until you reach Wildhorse State Park. Make a right turn on the road just before the main park sign going towards Jarbidge. Follow this road past Big Bend campground and veer to the right when you come to the "Y" in the road. About 12 miles from Big Bend, the Bruneau River crosses the road. Collect samples at bridge.

Beneficial Uses = Irrigation, Watering of livestock, Recreation involving contact with the water, Recreation not involving contact with the water, Industrial supply, Municipal or domestic supply or both, Propagation of wildlife, Propagation of aquatic life.
