Process Section -- CAP Block Descriptor -- Implement CAP Elements of the Contaminant Control Corrective Action Plan are carried out by DOE. This involves the implementation of each corrective measure task specified in the CAP. DOE develops the schedule and keeps NDEP informed of progress as the work continues. NDEP may inspect or review completed elements of the work at intervals deemed appropriate throughout the implementation of the CAP. |
