• About Tronox — Tronox owns the central portion of the BMI Complex. Tronox was formerly Kerr-McGee Chemical LLC. The Tronox facility is located within the Black Mountain Industrial (BMI) complex. The facility is approximately 450 acres in size and is the largest "facility" in the complex.
