March 10, 2003 -- Letter from Allen Biaggi, Administrator (NDEP) to R. D. Reilly, JR. Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy --The letter conveys the State's concerns about he Navy's forthcoming Munitions Response Program and its relationship to active military ranges in Nevada that are under temporary (25 year) public land withdrawals per congressional act.   

June 10, 2002 -- Letter to Colonel Delwyn R. Eulberg, Nellis Air Force Base:  The letter address shortcomings in data issues concerening the a report by Nellis AFB titled "Range Decontamination Report" and the reports complaince with section 3017 of Public Law 106-65 (The Military Lands Withdrawall Act of 1999)

October 31, 2001 -- Letter to Colonel Delwyn R. Eulberg, Nellis Air Force Base:  The letter requests information on resumption of use of depleted uranium rounds at Nell Air Force Range Target 63-10.  This letter was sent by Heather Elliot, State Clearinghouse Coorrdinator - Department of Administration

2001 & 2000 -- Letters to Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada concerning State oversight of the U.S. Navy's IRP (Institutional Restoration Program) in Nevada.

November 27, 2000 -- Letter to Colonel Delwyn R. EulBerg [Nellis AFB] and Captain Roy Rogers [NAS Fallon].  The letter requests copies of Congressionaly required decontamination reports submitted under Section 7 of the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1986 as well as future reports required under the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1999.

August 3, 1998 -- Letter from Paul Liebendorfer to DoD installations in Nevada. The letter discuss compliance with the Department of Defense State Memorandum of Agreement (DSMOA) and the implementation of land use restrictions on active military installations.
