Public Notice Archive File April May June 2000     Bureau of Water Pollution Control 06/25/2000 Permit Renewal #NEV90033: O'Sullivan Plastics Corporation, 270 N. Highway 95A, Yerington, Nevada 89447 The applicant operates a manufacturing plant for vinyl and polypropylene products at Wabuska, near Yerington, Lyon County, Nevada.  The applicant proposes to continue discharge of the wastestream consisting of non-contact cooling system waters associated with various onsite individual process operations and the Reverse Osmosis system bleed water.  The wastestream is discharged to lined evaporation/containment ponds.  The permit will be reissued for a five (5) year period.  See Public Notice  See Fact Sheet     Bureau of Water Pollution Control 06/20/2000 Notice of Public Hearing for the Proposed Intended Use Plan for the State Revolving loan program. The hearing will be held on August 24, 2000 at 1:30 PM at the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources conference Room 217 (123 West Nye Lane Carson City, NV.)  The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from all interested persons regarding the Proposed Intended Use Plan for FY 2001 State Revolving Loan funds.  The Intended Use Plan describes how the State Revolving Loan Fund program will be managed during FY 2001 and how the FY 2001 funds will be utilized.
