Public Notice Archive File January February March, 2000     Bureau of Federal Facilities 02/28/2000 The Administrator of the Division of Environmental Protection has received a complete Application from the U.S. Department of Energy/Nevada Operations Office for a permit to operate a Class III Solid Waste Disposal Site at the Nevada Test Site -- See Public Notice -- and -- Fact Sheet     Bureau of Waste Management 02/09/2000 The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) will be holding a workshop on draft regulations concerning hazardous waste.  The purpose of this workshop is to obtain input from the public and regulated community on the proposed regulatory changes.     Bureau of Water Quality Planning 12/01/99 The Bureau of Water Quality Planning has scheduled two public workshops to present proposed revisions to the Nevada state water quality standards for the Walker River (Nevada Administrative Code 445A.159 through 445A.169) and new water quality standards for Walker Lake pursuant to Section 303 of the Clean Water Act.
