To reduce costs and improve efficiency, the Bureau of Water Quality Planning, Water Quality Standards Program (BWQP) is now offering notification of upcoming meetings through email. Providing electronic notification about program activities will helps us reduce costs, preserve environmental resources, and generally increase government efficiency. By using email, we can also make more information available to the public than would otherwise be practical through ground-based mail. Authority — Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 241.020 has been amended to allow public agencies, like NDEP to distribute public notices, meeting agendas, and related materials through electronic mail. Please note that by joining our email list you have agreed to receive such information electronically. Also, by joining our list you will no longer receive such information through ground-based "snail" mail.
