Earth Day Celebration

Earth Day celebrations occur in several communities within Nevada. Whether you want to learn more about environmental issues, help clean-up a river, volunteer, try delicious food, dance, shop, or simply participate in a great drum circle, there is something for everyone at annual Earth Day festivities.

Earth Day is widely celebrated around the world as a collective expression of public will to create a sustainable society. Linking citizen activists, Earth Day educates and mobilizes people worldwide for environmental protection. It inspires action on personal, community, national, and international levels.

The Annual Earth Day Celebration brings the regional community together in one place to showcase the organizations, non-profits and government agencies working towards the goal of sustainable communities for the public.
