Standards apply from the origin of Wood Creek downstream to Lake Tahoe. To find the site, take US Hwy 395/50 south from Carson City, Nevada to US Hwy 50 west towards Stateline, Nevada. At Spooner Summit, take State Route 28 north towards Incline Village, Nevada to Lakeshore Drive. Continue on Lakeshore Drive past Third Creek approximately 0.7 miles and collect sample on upstream side of the road.
