Standards apply from the USGS gaging station at Rhodes Road to it's confluence with the Truckee River. To find this site, drive north from Carson City, NV on US Hwy 395 to Reno. Continue to Longley Road and turn right. Go to McCarran Road and turn right. Make a hard right on first road after you turn. Travel approximately 3 miles to bridge. Collect samples here.
Beneficial Uses = Recreation not involving contact with the water, Aquatic life, Propagation of wildlife, Irrigation, Watering of livestock, Industrial supply except for food processing purposes.
