If you are subject to the permitting requirements, please complete a Notice of Intent (NOI) for coverage under the General Permit by completing the Online form (see link below.) After completing the online form you will need to print the document and mail it to NDEP at the address indicated.

Facilities defined under 1 of 11 categories (see below) EXCEPT in any Mineral Industry Facilities defined within SIC code 10 under Category III of 40 CFR §122.26(b)(14); or Construction activity defined under Category X of 40 CFR §122.26(b)(14).
