If you are subject to the permitting requirements, please complete the application below to seek coverage under the Nevada CAFO program. After completing the form you will need to print this document and mail it, along with all other pertinent information, to NDEP at the address indicated.

Construction and operation of Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) as defined under NRS 445A & NAC445A.

Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Permits are required for certain activities by U.S. EPA regulations at 40 CFR Part 412. In compliance with these regulations, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) requires that concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFO) seek coverage under the appropriate permit type.
