- January 29, 2003 -- Letter from Paul Liebendorfer to Frank Di Sanza (NNSA/NV) -- The letter conveys the State's decision regarding a waste disposal determination for certain "radioactive" contaminated Gloveboxes that will be shipped from Rocky Flats to the Nevada Test Site for final disposal

2002
- July 30, 2002 -- Letter from Paul Liebendorfer to Frank Di Sanza, DOE/Nevada -- The letter is in reference to the disposal of radioactive waste at the NTS; the waste was potentially considered a mixed waste. The waste was shipped from DOE's Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant and was dispose of at NTS in the Area 5 waste disposal facility.

2001
- January 2001 -- LTS/NGA Website: Working with the National Governor's Association and other states, NDEP has developed a special purpose website that focuses on state involvement in the U.S. Department of Energy's Long-Term Stewardship (LTS) program for the nuclear weapons complex. Primary users of the site include members of the National Governors' Association (NGA) Federal Facilities Task Force; governor's staff; state environmental officials; consultants; members of DOE sponsored federal advisory boards; and others involved in policy development and regulatory oversight of DOE contaminated media and infrastructure. The NGA Federal Facilities Task Force has formed an LTS committee; committee members and others are using the website to share LTS information.
2000
- September 6, 2000 -- Public Notice: The United States Department of Energy, Nevada Operations Office (DOE/NV) has submitted to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) a Closure Plan (CLOSURE PLAN FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION UNIT 110: U-3AX/BL DISPOSAL UNIT, NEVADA TEST SITE, NEVADA) in August 2000 pursuant to the requirements of their Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit #HW009, Subpart G & K of Part 265 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR 265) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.227, for the closure of the U-3ax/bl Disposal Unit in Area 3 of the Nevada Test Site (NTS).
- September 6, 2000 -- Public Notice: The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is requesting public comment upon the DRAFT PERMIT for a non-radioactive hazardous waste storage unit and a nonradioactive explosive ordnance disposal unit owned by the United States Department of Energy. The facilities are located on the Nevada Test Site approximately 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada.
- April 13, 2000 -- Letter From Carl Gertz, DOE - Nevada to Paul Libendorfer - NDEP DOE's letter address State concerns regarding hydrologic data collection and funding requirements to support the underground test area (UGRA) project at the Nevada Test Site (NTS). DOE's letter is in response to an NDEP letter dated February 28, 2000 -- see below.
