We strive to answer the question
How Clean is Clean for What Use!

Summary

This site was the former site of an armory in Las Vegas. Environmental concerns included past use of two underground storage tanks and two above ground storage tanks. These tanks were removed a number of years ago, but the need to remove contaminated soil was not identified.

During a Phase I survey of the site, it was noted that there was oil stained soil near a remaining hydraulic lift. Approximately 450 tons of contaminated soil was removed and sent to a waste facility. Confirmation samples indicate no residual contamination on site. A community center has been built on this site for public use.
